Jimmy Albrecht - Pastor
Jimmy Albrecht came to Second Baptist from Texarkana in March 2005. Bro. Jimmy grew up in Portland, Texas, near Corpus Christi, where he received Christ as His personal Lord and Savior at the age of 13. He has a business degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been in the ministry since 1987. Bro. Jimmy has been married to Tammy since 1981. They have two children, Christie, a graduate of Southern Arkansas University and JJ, who is still living at home. Bro. Jimmy is a Dallas Cowboy fan, enjoys collecting eagles and watching Star Trek! He would love to have the opportunity to minister to you!

                      Gary Corker - Minister of Worship & Praise

 Gary Corker grew up in Dumas, Arkansas, where he graduated from high school in 1978.  He received his music education from Oauchita Baptist University and Masters Degrees in Biblical Studies and Missiology from the Criswell College in Dallas, Texas.  Gary has served churches in Arkansas and Texas in the areas of music, youth and pastoral ministries.  From January 1995 until January 2009 he served as Tent-maker missionary in the city of Santos, São Paulo, Brazil.  It was there that he met and married Rosiléia Zavarize Costa who he considers his most important ministry partner.   Gary is also the proud step-father of the other two most beautiful women in the world, Vanessa and Letícia.
